We design and supply home lifts and platform lifts for family houses across the Czech Republic. Indoor or attached to the facade, two floors or more, no masonry shaft or machine room. We also handle elevator replacement and modernisation in apartment buildings for owners' associations. Installation by vetted regional teams, communication in English.

We are not tied to one manufacturer, so we can compare technologies honestly: what the house allows and who will use the lift every day.
| Technology | Shaft | Machine room | Building work | Noise and speed | Best when |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Platform lift | light enclosure or self-supporting | no | minimal, no pit | quiet, slow (up to 0.15 m/s) | two levels, wheelchair or walker, tight budget |
| Screw-driven lift | self-supporting, supplied | no | opening in the ceiling, 230 V socket | audible, up to 0.15 m/s | retrofitting a cabin with doors on about 1 m² without demolition |
| Hydraulic lift | self-supporting or masonry | small power unit cabinet | often a shallow pit | very quiet, smooth start | comfort and capacity matter and there is room for the unit |
| Traction lift | masonry or steel | no (machine in the shaft head) | largest, new builds | quiet, fast | the house is still being designed |
| Vacuum lift | its own transparent tube | turbine on top | small, stands on the floor | louder in motion, slow | a design statement for one to two people |
Number of floors and who the lift is for. We reply within one working day.
A technician measures the space, checks ceilings, floors and power supply and proposes two or three placements.
From the installation partner for your region: technology, cabin size, building preparation, schedule, warranty. No obligation.
We check what the building office requires and prepare the documents while the lift is made to measure.
A few days on site, testing, documentation in English on request, service plan.
In most houses, yes. Self-supporting home lifts need roughly one square metre of floor space and no masonry shaft or machine room. Typical spots are the stairwell, a corner of the hall, a former storage room, or an external shaft attached to the facade.
An indoor lift that does not touch load-bearing structures is usually a minor alteration without a permit. Cutting through a reinforced concrete slab is usually notified to the building office, and an external shaft is almost always discussed with it. Practice varies between offices, so we check with yours and prepare the paperwork.
Site survey within a week, quote within 48 hours, permits and manufacturing take weeks depending on the model, installation itself takes a few days. A realistic schedule for your house is part of the quote.
Installation and service are done by a regional partner certified by the manufacturer. You have one point of contact and one contract; the team that installs the lift is the team that services it.
A technician visits, measures, and tells you which technology makes sense for your house and what building work is needed. You get a no-obligation quote within 48 hours of the survey.
